Distribution Channel Training

For the privileged customers, Valeo service India has offered training for their sales team. This is followed as part of our best practices, and to strengthen our relationship with distributors.

Today's consumer are tech savvier and smarter then before and it takes only seconds for them to swipe their smartphone to find reviews of any products ratings. It's almost impossible for any brand to distinguish itself from others based solely on the products we offer.

The opportunity to stand out lies in the service we offer after the sales, and its our dealers and distributors who provide most of the service to our customers after the sales. In order for them to understand, sell and service our products,we should understand their business challenges and offer critical training to make them stronger, and get more profitable businesses.

One such training took place in Ganpati motors, Guwahati, India. From their sales team , 3 sales executive were trained at their Head office. The presentation was given by Marketing Team of Valeo Service India, and covered mostly our electrical range of products.
