    Notification of MRP Reduction - Effective September 22, 2025 (GST 2.0)

    Dear Channel Partners,

    As part of GST 2.0 reforms, the rates on automobile parts have been reduced as follows:

    • For motor vehicle parts , the GST rate for HSN codes with a GST rate of 28% has been revised to 18%.
    • For  tractor parts, the GST rate has been  revised from 18% to 5%.

    This has led to a revision in the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) of several Valeo Service parts, effective 22nd September 2025.

    As a responsible corporate entity, Valeo Service India is dedicated to implementing these changes and extending the benefits to our end customers. We expect your full compliance in reflecting this commitment.

    The updated price list with new MRPs is available below:

     

    GST 2.0  Revised Price List 

     

     All parts will now fall under the two slabs of GST 5% or 18%, and all sales of parts must reflect the newly applicable GST rates effective September 22, 2025.

     

    Compliance and Customer Transparency Guidelines:

    To ensure a seamless transition and maintain customer trust, adherence to the following guidelines is imperative:

    1. Revised MRP Implementation:
      • All parts billed, which are manufactured on or after September 22, 2025, will bear the new revised MRP.
      • For all unsold stock manufactured prior to September 22, 2025, you are required to bill these items applying the revised tax rate, irrespective of the printed MRP.
    2. Customer Benefit Communication:
      • Ensure that revised prices are clearly and accurately reflected on all invoices and billing documents.
      • Actively inform customers that the benefit of reduced GST is being passed on to them.
    3. Visibility & Communication:
      • It is recommended that this circular is displayed at all sales points.
      • This communication should be shared with your extended channel partners.
      • Ensure all staff members are thoroughly briefed to confidently and courteously communicate these changes to customers.
    4. Preservation of Records:
      • Maintain meticulous records pertaining to customer communication, display of notices at your location, and billing at the revised GST rates.
